摘要
考虑到大多数生物医学信号变化缓慢、频率范围低、易受到干扰或噪声的影响,甚至淹没在其中,经常需要采用特殊的处理方法,选择了语法简单、图形显示功能丰富、工具箱扩展能力强的MATLAB,作为编程分析和处理语言,并用"人体呼出CO2浓度采集"和"消化道生理信号处理"两个实例,分别从生物医学信号采集和图形用户界面处理两个不同方面,介绍了它在生物医学工程学中的应用。MATLAB表现出来的独特的优越性,无疑将对人体所表现出来的生物医学信号的研究和有用信息的提取产生积极而广泛的影响。
Considering that most biomedical signals fluctuate slowly with low frequency range, and are highly sensitive to interferences or noises,or even be submerged among them,special dedicated methods are often needed to treat them. MATLAB is chosen as the programming analysis and processing language for its simple grammar, rich graphic disp]aying function and strong extensible toolboxes. Then, two representa- tive examples of gathering human exhaled CO2 concentrations and processing gastrointestinal physiological signals are presented to illustrate its applications in biomedical engineering from different aspects of biomedical signal acquisition and graphical user interface(GUI) processing re- spectively. The result shows that unique superiority that MATLAB holds will produce active and wide effects on study and useful information extraction of biomedical signals that human body presents.
