摘要
板坯连铸装备技术发展迅速,在实际的生产运行中,机械故障无疑对其发展具有很大影响,甚至限制到工艺水平的提高。结合实际运行和维护情况,重点对大包回转台、中间包车、结晶器等设备常见的机械故障进行了分析,并从结构、材质、维护等多方面提出具体的改进措施,对于部分改进不局限于机械方面,而是综合考虑了电气和设备操作方面进行全面实施。经过改进明显地减少了故障次数,缩短了停机时间,降低了维护成本,提高了设备的使用率。
Slab continuous casting equipment technology developed rapidly,in the actual production operation,The machinery fault is greatly influences on its development,even limit to raise the level of technology.In this paper,based on the actual running and maintenance,with a focus on the ladle turret,tundish car,mold and other equipment common mechanical failure is analyzed,and from the structure,material,maintenance,etc.,put forward specific improvement measures,for some improvement is not limited to mechanical aspects,but combines the electrical equipment and operating to cooperate fully implemented.improved significantly reduced the number of failures,reduced downtime,reduced maintenance costs,improve equipment utilization.
