甲状腺肿瘤相关基因研究进展

摘要 甲状腺肿瘤是临床常见疾病,其良、恶性诊断缺乏特异性标志物,该疾病的发生与多种基因事件相关,包括BRAF、Ret/PTC、Ras、erBb-2、p53、p16、PTEN、CK19和DDIT3、ARG92、ITM1、C1orf24等基因。不同基因型的改变与甲状腺肿瘤的病理类型存在一定相关性。 Thyroid tumor is a kind of common disease in clinic. There no specific marker for the diagnosis of the disease although it is correlative with many kinds of genes, such as BRAF, Ret/PTC, Ras, erBb - 2, p53, p16, PTEN, CK19, DDIT3, ARG92, ITMI, Cloorf24 and so on. The changes happened in the above genes are correlative with different pathological types of thyroid tumor.
