泻胃化瘀止血糊剂预防应激性溃疡出血90例临床护理 被引量：1

摘要 将270例脑卒中或颅脑损伤患者随机分为中药组、西药组和空白组各90例,中药组采用泻胃化瘀止血糊剂,2次/d;西药组给予法莫替丁注射液20mg静脉推注,2次/d;空白组不给予任何预防药物。结果中药组和西药组应激性溃疡出血率、胃液pH值变化与空白组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。认为中药泻胃化瘀止血糊剂有防止胃黏膜应激损伤和促进受损黏膜修复的效果。
