摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对预防输卵管妊娠再次发生率的情况调查。方法:对2007年1月～2009年12月在我院确诊首次输卵管妊娠保守治疗前后、有生育要求的患者200例资料进行回顾性调查,随机分为干预组和对照组各100例,追踪妊娠结局6～72个月,比较两组患者输卵管妊娠卫生知识、遵医行为、健康教育内容掌握的程度、再次妊娠的结局。结果:干预组患者输卵管妊娠卫生知识、遵医行为、健康教育内容掌握的程度优于对照组,宫内妊娠率高于对照组,重复输卵管妊娠率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:干预组护理更能预防输卵管妊娠的再次发生。
Objective：To explore the nursing intervention on the prevention of the recurrence of tubal pregnancy.Methods：The clinical records of 200 diagnosed pregnant women with tubal pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients who were admitted from January 2007 ～ December 2009 demanded of pregnancy and received conservative treatment.The 200 patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group （100 cases for each group）.The comparison was made between the two groups in the awareness of tubal pregnancy and health education,treatment compliance and subsequent pregnancy outcome after tracking subsequent pregnancy outcome of the patients for 6 ～ 72 months.Results：The awareness of tubal pregnancy and health education,treatment compliance of the patients was superior in the intervention group to that in the control group;the normal pregnancy rate was higher and the recurrence rate of tubal pregnancy was lower in the intervention group than that in the control group （P0.01）.Conclusion：The nursing intervention can effectively prevent the recurrence of tubal pregnancy.
