摘要
伴随着环保型捆扎带的诞生,以微型捆扎机KZB-160为例,设计了一种与环保型捆扎带相匹配的捆扎机,借助Pro/ENGINEER软件对设计方案进行了建模,通过机构运动分析,验证了设计机构之间的合理运动关系及与原捆扎机的相互兼容性,论证了捆扎机设计方案的可行性。
Along with the birth of environmental-friendly binding machine,a kind of binding machine matching environmental-friendly binding strap is designed with KZB-160 micro binding machine for example.The design is modeled based on Pro/ENGINEER.Through mechanism movement analysis,the reasonable movement relationship among design mechanisms and the mutual compatibility with the original binding machine is proved and the feasibility of the binding machine design scheme is demonstrated.
