摘要
本课题论文针对当前高职会计专业实训实践状况,从对中国高职院校会计专业老师、学生及企事业单位会计人员就会计实践教学与岗位适应情况进行调研入手,通过近两年制定运用《高职会计实训教学大纲》、《高职会计实训考核评价指标体系》、《课程体系结构》等模式实验组与常规组学生实训实践结果进行比较研究。分析目前"常规"会计实训实践教学中存在的问题,对构建规范化高职会计专业实训实践方法与技能培养模式提出一些合理性的建议。
Based on the current situation of practice training in higher vocational college,the research is focused on the adaptation of practice training in college to real working position from the standpoints of teachers,students and accountants in company.In the past two years,the team has drawn up Outline of Higher Vocational Accounting Practice Training,Evaluation System of Higher Vocational Accounting Practice Training,Curriculum Structure,etc.,and has analyzed the data from common groups and experimental groups as well.Meanwhile,a research is conducted on the problems in formal accounting practice training and some reasonable suggestions for higher vocational accounting practice and training methods and skills cultivation modes are proposed.
