摘要
分析了在学生工作中推行5S管理的意义,提出在推行"5S"管理的过程中,成立一个专门的组织机构,拟定"5S"管理的目标和计划,通过宣传教育,营造氛围,吸引学生参与,同时建立一个有效的激励机制,鼓励学生参与。推行企业"5S"管理,创新了学生管理工作模式,有力地促进了校企良性互动关系,提升了学生的职业素养,实现了高职教育的人才培养目标,优化了人才培养质量。
The meaning of implementing 5s management in students management is analyzed.It is proposed to establish a special organization 5s to work out objectives and plans through publicity and education to create an environment to attract students’ participation,which is also an effective mechanism to encourage students to participate in 5s.By means of 5s management,it creates an innovative mode of students management,promotes interactive relationship between students and enterprises vigorously,and improves the students’ professional knowledge so as to achieve the cultivation target of vocational college and optimize the quality of talents.
