摘要
拟景教育近年来在高职院校渐渐流行,拟景教育模式主要模拟现实社会中企业情景建立的拟景组织而开展。由于拟景组织训练时间安排上的矛盾、资金不能得到保证等问题,本文提出了如下的调整思路:从拟景组织机制上着手,推动教师积极参与,推行师徒制技能训练模式,设立校企合作专门机构等以解决拟景组织运作中的困难,使得大学毕业生便于就业。
In recent years,planned scenery education is gradually becoming popular in vocational colleges.The planned scenery educational mode is based on scenery organization of the real enterprise in society to establish the enterprise scenery.Because of time contradiction in training and fund shortage,this article is to propose the following adjustments： to begin with the planned scenery organization mechanism;to impel the teacher to participate positively;to carry out master-apprentice training pattern;to set up special agency organized by school and enterprise to solve difficulties in the planned scenery organization in order to help college graduates for employment.
