摘要
针对跟骨骨折移位复杂、治疗困难及目前多种外固定架功能单一的问题,在尸体实验的基础上,设计出一种新型的三维跟骨复位固定架,利用三个相互垂直的力同时纠正跟骨的贝氏(Bohler)角和侧方移位并能维持复位后位置。经125例132个跟骨应用观察,优良率为97.6%,证明这是一种简便有效的好方法。
In order to overcome the difficulty in the treatment of complicated displaced calcaneal fracture and solve the problem of the single function of many external fixators, the authors, based on cadaver experiments, designed a new three dimensional calcaneal reductor fixator. Using its three forces vertical to each other, it can simultaneously correct Bohlers angle of the calcaneus and the lateral displacement, and maintain the reduced position. The application and observation in 125 cases (132 calcanei) showed an excellent good rate of 97.6 %, proving that the device is a good, simple and effective method and worth being popularized.
