摘要
目的观察康复新液保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效,并制定相应的护理措施。方法将溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者39例随机分为康复新液治疗组20例(在常规治疗的基础上加用康复新液50～100ml保留灌肠,2次/d);对照组19例(按常规治疗)。两组患者的性别、年龄、病程和严重程度等方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。结果两组比较治疗组(加用康复新液保留灌肠组)显效率30.00%,有效率65.00%,总有效率95.00%。对照组显效率10.53%,有效率73.68%,总有效率84.21%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用康复新液50～100ml保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)有较好的疗效。
Objective To observe the efficacy of retention-enema with kangfuxin liquid on treating UC（Ulcerative colitis）,and make a plan of the appropriate care measures.Methods 39 cases（from October 2007 to January 2009 in Gastroenterology）were divided into two groups,20 cases were treated by conventional treatment and retention-enema with kangfuxin liquid 50-100 ml,twice a day;control group（19 cases） were treated by conventional treatment.The gender,age,duration and severity of between two groups had no significant difference（P0.05）.Results In treatment group,significant efficient rate was 30.00%,efficient rate was 65.00%,the total efficient rate was 95%;and in control group,the significant efficient rate was 10.53%,efficient rate was 73.68%,the total efficient rate was 84.21%.The difference was significant（P﹤0.05）.Conclusion The conventional treatment combined with retention-enema with kangfuxin liquid 50-100 ml in treating UC（Ulcerative colitis） had a better effect.
