摘要
目的：评价透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化折叠式人工晶状体植入术的手术效果。方法：经透明角膜３．２ｍｍ隧道切口对１５９只眼行白内障超声乳化折叠人工晶状体植入术。结果：手术全程时间８～２１ｍｉｎ。术后裸眼视力：术后第１天在０．５或以上者占４９．１％，术后第７天为７２．３％，术后１月≥１．０为７４．８％，平均角膜散光术后第７天（０．９１±０．５５）Ｄ比术前增加０．１９Ｄ（Ｐ＜０．００１）；术后１月（０．７７±０．５６）Ｄ比术前增加０．０５Ｄ（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：通过透明角膜切口行晶状体超声乳化折叠式人工晶状体植入术具有视力恢复好。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effects of ultrasonic phacoemulsification with foldable intraocular lens implantation. METHODS: Through a 3 2mm clear corneal incision, the ultrasonic phacoemulsifications with foldable intraocular lens implantation were performed in the 159 eyes with cataract .RESULTS: The course of surgery took period of time from 8 min to 21 min.The nude visual acuity was 0.5 or better in 48.6% of the eyes at postoperative 1 days. At postoperative 7 days the percentage was 72.3%, and was 74.6% at postoperative one month. The mean of postoperative astigmatism ( 0.91±0.55)D at one week increased 0.19 D compared with mean of preoperative one ( P <0.001); It was (0.77±0.56)D at one month and increased 0.05D compared with the mean of preoperative one ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION: The ultrasonic phacoemulsification with foldable intraocular lens implantation through clear corneal incision was advantageous for improvement of visual acuity of patients with cataract, and approximately did not cause iatrogenic astigmatism
