摘要
当前储蓄国债发行难度不断加大。笔者以广西储蓄国债发行状况及特点为切入点,从国债投资环境、国债产品因素、销售机制上分析储蓄国债发行困难的原因,有针对性地提出了改进和完善储蓄国债发行管理的对策和建议。
Nowadays, the issue of the savings bond has become more and more difficult. The thesis starts from issuing situation and character of savings bond in Guangxi, then analyzes the reasons of issuing difficulty on the basis of inventing environment, product factor and the sale system.In conclusion, it gives the advice and countermeasure to improve and consummate savings bond issuing management.
