摘要
研究以海南国际旅游岛离岸金融市场发展为中心,构建海南国际旅游岛离岸金融市场的建设框架,设计海南国际旅游岛离岸金融市场的制度安排与建设路径,分析海南国际旅游岛离岸金融市场建设过程中可能出现的风险,在综合理论与实证研究的基础上,提出相应的政策建议。
