摘要
为研究通脉滴丸的最佳成型工艺,以丸重变异系数、溶散时限及外观质量为评价指标,以基质种类、药物与基质的配比、滴制温度及冷却液温度为考察因素进行正交试验。结果表明:优选的最佳成型工艺为药物与基质配比为1∶1.5、基质为PEG6000、滴制温度为70~80℃、冷却液温度为10~15℃。优选的成型工艺简便易行,成品得率高,且有良好的重现性和可操作性。
To study the best Tongmai Pill molding process.Pills weight variation,dissolution time and the appearance of quality bulk evaluation to substrate type,the ratio of drug and matrix,the dropping temperature and coolant temperature is investigated orthogonal factors.Results: The optimum molding process for drug ratio of 1∶1.5 with the matrix,matrix for the PEG6000,dropping temperature was 70 ~ 80 ℃,cooling liquid temperature is 10 ~ 15 ℃.The optimal simple molding process,finished high yield and good reproducibility and operability.
