摘要
为了进一步推动我国食用菌工厂化产业的健康发展,探索适合于我国国情的中小型食用菌工厂化栽培的技术模式,完善食用菌工厂化相关理论体系的建立,我们从2003年就采用了理论和实践相结合的方法,通过五个食用菌工厂化基地的成功建设和运行,逐步摸索出一套适合于我国特别是北方地区食用菌工厂化栽培的模式,较为系统地总结出了食用菌工厂化栽培的特点、原理、构成及推广应用的意义。这将为推动我国传统食用菌产业升级换代,逐步实现食用菌产业现代化具有重要的指导意义。
In order to propel the industrial production of edible fungi in China,to explore the technical mode of small and medium sized industrial production of edible fungi suited for the conditions in our country and to improue the establish ment of the theory system associated with industrial production of edible fungi,we have used the method of combining theory and practice since 2003.A mode is found gradually that suits for the industrial production of edible fungi in China especially for the north region by the construction and function of five edible fungi industrial foundation and we summed up the characteristics,theory,composition and significance of popularization and application of industrial cultivation of edible fungi.This will promote the edible fungi industry in our country and it is of great significance to direct implementing the modernization of edible fungi industry.
