摘要
目的:为秦岭龙胆的生药鉴定提供依据。方法:对秦岭龙胆的生药性状、根和根茎的组织构造及全草的粉末特征进行了系统研究。结论:秦岭龙胆属坚龙胆型,为秦岭龙胆的生药鉴定提供依据。
OBJECTIVE:To provide a scientific basis for the crude drug identificatiom of Radix Gentiana (a spevial herbal drug from Qinling Mountains of Shanxi belong to the family of Gen-tiana apiata N. E Buown.). METHOD:The properties of crude drug and the organizational struc-ture of its root and rhizome and the powder features of the whole herbal drug were observed and compared. CONCLUSION: The research result is that Radix Gentiana Qinling belongs to the a form of Gentiana rigenscens Franch.
