摘要
杨立新教授是我国人格权法研究的主要代表人物之一。其关于人格权体系、一般人格权、人格利益准共有、人格标识商品化权、人格权请求权、人格利益的延伸保护、生命权、身体权、肖像权、声音权、信用权、隐私权、人身自由权、性自主权、人格权立法的研究成果,或者被理论界所认同,或者被立法、司法机关所吸收,极大地提升了中国人格权法的理论水平,并在一定程度上丰富和发展了民法总则权利客体、法律行为等理论。
Prof. Yang Lixin, one of the key scholars in the field of personality right law, made researches on the system of personality right, general personality right, quasi-ownership on the personality interest, the commereiality right of personality identify, the claim of the personality right, etc. These researches advanced the theoretic level of China personality right, enriched and developed the theory of the object of civil right and the legal act of general principlesof civil law.
