摘要
目的 介绍经胸膜外行动脉导管未闭结扎术的体会。方法 取左第四肋间后外侧切口,逐层切开至壁层胸膜,沿壁层胸膜与胸壁间行钝性分离,显露未闭动脉导管并行结扎。结果 本组病例无手术死亡及并发症,均达治愈效果。结论 该手术方法具有创伤轻、并发症少及恢复快的优点。不仅适用于小儿,同样适用于其他年龄组的患者。
Objective To introduce the experience of an extrapleural approach for patent ductus arteriosus. Methods Incision was made on posterolateral site of the fouth left intercosta, and gotten into until parietal pleura, plunt dissect ion was made between parietal pleura and chest wall, the ductus arteriosus was ligated after clear exposure. Results There was no operative mortality and morbidity in this group. Conclusion This approach has advantages of lighter injury, less complication and sooner recovery, which is suitable not only for children but also for cases of youth and adults.
