摘要
本文介绍了应用光子相关谱仪测量大鼠精子平均游动速率的激光散射技术。实验结果与应用多次曝光显微摄影术和比浊分析法测得的结果进行了比较。本技术具有评价客观、操作方便、测量时间短等优点,故适合临床应用。
The laser light scattering technique with photon correlation spectroscope for the mea-surement of the average swimming speed of rat spermatozoa was described. Compared with the results obtained by the multiexposure microphotography and theturbidimetric method, this technique has the advantages of the objective evaluation, easyto carry out and the short measurement time, therefore it is suitable for clinical appli-cations.
