摘要
对115例精液进行体外授精实验和精液分析。结果说明人精子授精能力在种族上无差异;在受精过程中,精子活动率(M)、精卵亲合率(B)、精子授精率(F)和原核形成率(P)之间均呈正相关,因而提出了一个利用SPA实验原理测定上述四个指标来综合评价精子授精能力的简便易行的新方法,其符合率达94%以上。
In order to study the relationship between the factors in the process of fertilization,the effect of each factor on the fertilization rate, and to make an approach to detect the fer-tilization capability of spermatozoa, the semen samples of 115 men were taken for conventio-nal semen analysis and sperm penetration assay. The result showed that there was no dif-ference between races in the quality of semen and the fertilization capability. But therewere good positive correlations between percent of sperm motility, binding rates of sperma-tozoa with the ova, sperm penetration rate and male pronucleus formation rate. Based onthe above data, we suggest a new simple method (SPA) to determine the four para-meters of fertilization for comprehensive evaluation of the fertilization capability of humanspermatozoa. The coincidence rate was more than 94%.
