摘要
为了解饮高砷水对周边视野的影响,采用弓型视野计检查了73例饮水型砷中毒患者(观察组),未饮用高砷水的居民12人(对照组)的周边视野。结果发现,观察组与对照组周边视野有显著性差异;饮高砷水20年以上与20年以下患者周边视野有显著性差异;饮水砷浓度0.20mg/L以上与O.20mg/L以下的患者周边视野有显著性差异;分析了28例砷中毒患者尿砷值与平均周边视野的关系,结果呈负的直线相关关系。认为慢性砷中毒是引起周边视野缩窄的原因之一。
In order to understand that the peripheral visual affected by rich arsenic drinking water. We tested arsenism case's and health people's peripheral visual. The result show:The peripheral visual of arsenism case and health people are distinct significantly. The peripheral visual of case who have drunk rich arsenic water for under twenty years are wider than case who have drunk rich arsenic water for twenty and over years significantly. The peripheral visual of case who have drunk low concentration rich arsenic water are wider than case who have drunk high concentration rich arsenic water significantly. The correlation analysis between urine arsenic and average peripheral visual were carried out. They are negative and sharp correlation. It was think that peripheral visual constriction are aroused by arsenic poisoning.
