人精子和精浆内cAMP含量与获能的关系 被引量:1

CYCLIC AMP LEVELS OF HUMAN SPERM AND SEMINAL PLASMA AND ITS FLUCTUATION CORRELATED WITH CAPACITATION

摘要 cAMP与精子的运动、代谢及获能和顶体反应等密切相关。本文用放射免疫分析法测定了正常男性射出精子内和精浆的cAMP含量及在获能液中培育前后精子内cAMP含量的变化,结果如下:(1)51例正常男性射出精子内cAMP含量为9.03±0.60pmol/10~8精子。(2)51例正常精液中的15例精浆cAMP含量为:14.21±2.33nmol/ml。(3)在获能液中培育30分钟后,9例精子内cAMP含量均较培育前显著提高(P<0.05)。 A close relationship might exist between cAMP and the motility, energy metabolism,capecitation and acrosome reaction of spermatozoa. Therefore tbe intracellular cAMP ofspermatozoa and the cAMP in seminal plasma of normal men were determined. The chan-ges of cAMP concentration of spermatozoa before and after capacitation were also investiga-ted. The results showed: 1. The average intracellular cAMP content of spermatozoa from51 normal men was 9.03±0. 6pmol/10~8 sperm. 2. The average cAMP content of seminalplasma in 15 subjects out of the 51 men was 14.21±2.33 nmol/ml. 3. Incubation in ca-pacitation medium for 30 minutes significantly increased the intracellular cAMP of sperma-tozoa in all 9 samples(p<0 .05).
