摘要
本文报告甲地孕酮硅橡胶阴道避孕环对19只育龄雌性恒河猴动物模型的实验病理研究。试验分高、低剂量及对照三组。结果表明:高剂量能抑制排卵,低剂量不干扰或仅轻微影响卵泡成熟及黄体功能。所有用药组子宫内膜呈萎缩性改变,这可能是抗生育作用的主要机理。各内脏未见明显毒性反应和肿瘤形成。说明适当剂量的甲硅环是一种令人满意而有效的避孕药具。本文还观察9只超高剂量组中的2只动物尸检材料,其主要变化为生殖系统的萎缩性改变。
The experimental pathological studies of silicone rubber vaginal contraceptive ring withmegestrol acetate on nineteen mature female Fujian Rhesus monkeys were performed. Theexperimental monkeys were divided into three groups for treatment: high-dose, low-dose andcontrol groups. The results show that ovulation could be inhibited in the high-dose group.There was no significant suppression of ovulation or only slight suppression in the groupof lowdosage megestrol acetate, but having disturbance of the function of corpus luteum.The endometrium was atrophic in all the treated groups. to leading likely to contraception.There was no obvious toxic injuries and tumor formation in the various internal organs ofall groups. The result indicates that silicone rubber vaginal ring containing suitable dosageof the megestrol acetate may be a satisfactary and effective method of contraception. Animals of high-dose group, showed atrophy of reproduetive system.
