摘要
定量分析33名志愿者阴道乳酸杆菌的阳性检出率为69.7%,并对定量检出者分组研究。放药者21例,药前及药后12小时,乳酸杆菌的LogX±SE分别为7.9545±0.2748、8.3422±O.1910,配对t值=2.4327,药后12小时乳酸杆菌几何均数显著高于药前,P<0.05。单纯性交组17例,性交后12小时乳酸杆菌数为7.7435±0.2968,低于性交前8.0587±0.2129,但无统计学意义。放药性交前后组6例的乳酸杆菌数接近,分别为8.2475±0.2891与8.2019±0.2840。提示该避孕栓不影响阴道乳酸杆菌。
The positive incidence of vaginal lactobacilli after culture was 69.7% in 33 volun-teers by quantitative method. The positive subjects were then divided into different groupsfor study. 21 subjects used morrhuatic acid as first group. Their Log_(10) X±SE of lactoba-cilli were 7.9545±0.2748/before suppository used, 8.3422±0.1910/12h. after sup-pository used, paired t value is 2.4327. The geometric mean of lactobacilli was signif-cantly higher at 12h after treatment (P<0.05). The second group was of 17 subjectswith sexual activity whose levels of quantitative lactobacilli were 7.7435±0.2968/12hafter sexual activity, no statistic significance was found, though lower than 8.0587±0.2129/before sexual activity. The six subjects before and after using morrhuatic acidplus sexual activity were served as the third group. the levels of lactobacilli before andafter treatment plus sexual avtivity were quite close, 8.2475±0.0891 and 8.0219±0.2840respectively. The results revealed that the vaginal lactobacilli were not affected by thesuppository of morrhuatic acid.
