基于参数自整定模糊PID在线式UPS DC母线稳压控制

摘要 针对在线式UPS的动态稳定性能的改善和整流模块的数字化控制的问题,以TI公司TMS320F2808为控制器,提出了模糊参数自整定PID方法,并在UPS中实现了DC母线稳压控制。文中主要利用F2808资源实现模糊PID稳压算法并产生SCR触发脉冲,并通过实验观察到,突加满载时,电压跌幅小,满载突卸时,母线电压振荡小。最后,样机动态测试验证了模糊PID应用于在线式UPS DC母线稳压控制的有效性和可行性。 Accroding to the problems of improving the dynamic performance of the on-line UPS and the digital control in rectifier module, fuzzy parameter selbtunning PID based on TMS320F2808 is proposed, and DC busbar voltage stabilization is successfully achieved. The design of a fuzzy parameter self-tunning PID controller and the generating of trigger pulse are realized by using the main resources of F2808. It can be seen that voltage declines a little when dashing an increase in the load, while the busbar voltage has small oscillation when dashing a decrease in the load. Finally, a prototype is built and tested, the feasibility of the proposed approach is well verified through the experimental results on DC busbar voltage stabilization of on-line UPS
