摘要
为了在小麦育种中合理利用品种资源,以成穗数、产量、千粒重、穗长、穗粒数、株高、地上部干重和根干重8个性状为指标,对供试材料进行聚类分析。结果表明,参试材料分为3类,其中第Ⅱ类15个品种综合表现较好,成穗数多、产量高、千粒重大、穗长、穗粒数和株高适中,单株生物学产量表现一般,可作为高产亲本材料;第Ⅲ类的综合表现相对较弱,不宜选作杂交亲本。
In order to use resources rationally in wheat breeding,system clustering analysis was conducted based on ears,yield,1000-kernel weight,spike length,grains per ear,plant weight,shoot dry mass and root dry weight in 42 wheat cultivars(lines).The results showed that all the lines were divided into three classes,the second class were better than other classes in synthenic traits and were suitable for the hybrid parent in the cross breeding.The third class with weak synthenic traits were not suitable for the hybrid parent in the cross breeding.
