摘要
基于RFID技术、温度传感器技术、无线及网络化通讯技术和计算机软硬件技术、管理技术,将它们有机整合实现对冷库中产品的自动化高效管理与对温度的实时监控,并能通过无线网络在全球范围内实时监管。实现了对产品的出/入库自动控制、产品存放位置的精确快速确定及数量的精确快速统计和信息的快速查询,方便了管理人员进行产品的存储统计以及查询,掌握产品流动和温度的实时监控记录的有关信息,达到了对储存产品的方便、快捷、安全、高效、保质和在全球范围内进行实时监管的目的。
The paper integrates RFID technology,temperature sensing technology,wireless and network communication technology,computer software/hardware technology,and management technology to realize the automatic management of products in cold storage and the real-time monitoring of warehouse temperature which can be globally supervised through wireless network on a real-time basis.The system proposed in the paper enables automatic control of warehouse inbound/outbound operations,fast and accurate location and inventory of products in storage,and direct information access,facilitating the management personnel in the statistics compilation of products in storage and the checking and management of information concerning product movement and real-time temperature monitoring.
