摘要
分析了近十年国外对物流园区的研究,结果表明,研究主要集中于物流园区的选址和规模、物流园区配送路线的优化选择、物流网络的设计和优化等方面。其中,定量研究较为多见,多集中于物流园区的选址和规模的确定、有效物流网络的设计和优化。定性研究较少,但已比较成熟,多集中于园区的发展战略、功能设计及政府行为等方面。
The paper analyzes the researches on logistics parks in the past decade from abroad,with results indicating that the researches are mainly concentrated on the location and scale of logistics parks,optimization of the distribution routes of the parks,and design and optimization of logistics network,etc.,among which quantitative studies are more common than qualitative ones,with the former mainly on the location and scale determination of logistics parks and the design and optimization of effective logisitcs networks,and the latter the development strategy and functionality design of the parks and government behaviors,etc.
