摘要
介绍了搅拌摩擦焊技术在国外的发展及应用情况，分析了搅拌摩擦焊的工艺过程、焊接接头的金相组织、焊接接头的机械性能及搅拌摩擦焊技术目前存在的优缺点，表明搅拌摩擦焊技术属于固相连接技术，可用于高强铝合金的连接，是航宇工程中一种新型、有效的连接技术。
The development and application of stir friction welding technology abroad is introduced and the process of this welding, the metallurgical structure, mechanical performance of welding joint and advantagies and shortcomings of the stir friction welding are described. It is shown that the stir friction welding is solidoid jointing and it can be used for jointing high strength Al alloy and is new and effective jointing technology in aerospace industry.
