摘要
使用OM、SEM、XRD等方法研究了不同预先热处理工艺对3Cr2 W8V钢低温盐浴渗铬渗层的影响。结果表明,离子氮化的预先热处理有助于实现610℃的低温盐浴渗铬,并得到良好的渗层,渗铬白亮层的相组成为Cr23C6、CrN、Cr/Fe、(Cr,Fe)7C3、(Cr,Fe)2N等相。
The characteristics of the chromized layer of steel 3Cr2W8V after low temperature salt-bath chromizing with different pre-heat treatments were investigated by using OM,SEM and XRD.A chromized layer with good properties can be obtained in steel 3Cr2W8V with the ion-nitriding pre-heat treatment,and the chromized layer is composed of the phases Cr23C6,CrN,Cr/Fe,(Cr,Fe)7C3 and(Cr,Fe)2N.
