摘要
利用低碳马氏体的强韧化机理,采用低碳合金钢代替中碳弹簧钢进行Ⅰ型扣件弹条的生产。制作的扣件弹条经适当温度淬火及回火后其力学性能指标完全满足和超过TB/T14952—92中所规定的各项性能指标。
On the basis of the strengthening and toughening mechanisms of low carbon martensite,low carbon alloy steel is used to replace medium carbon spring steel in order to produce type Ⅰ fastening elastic rod.The mechanic properties of the elastic rod quenching and tempering at apropriate temperature can satisfy or surpass all kind of ones set in the standard TB/T 1495 2 92.
