摘要
利用层次分析法将滚齿工艺决策有关的元素分解成目标、准则和方案等层次,建立了滚齿工艺的层次分析评价的一般模型,解决了滚齿工艺基于绿色制造的多目标优化的方案评价问题,并通过实例的分析,认为滚齿新工艺即低温冷风微量润滑滚齿比传统油冷滚齿具有很大的优势。
AHP is used to analyze the elements about process decision of gear hobbing into objectives,criterions and projects,and built a general model for projects evaluation of hobbing gear process,and solve the problem of projects evaluation of hobbing gear process based on multiobjective optimization and green manufacturing.An instance is applied and come to a conclusion that gear hobbing by cold cutting in cryogenic air with MQL has great advantage over traditional process.
