摘要
通过对尿素水解工段的计算机模拟和结果分析发现:在竖式水解塔现有操作条件下,决定最终尿素浓度的控制因素是板效率,从而为大型氮肥厂尿素水解工段的技术改造提供了理论依据。
It is found through the computer simulation of the urea hydrolysis section and the analysis of the simulation results that under the existing operation conditions in the vertical hydrolyzer the controlling factor for determination of the final urea concentration in the wastewater is the tray efficiency, thus providing a theoretical basis for technical renovation of the urea hydrolysis section in large nitrogenous fertilizer plants.
