摘要
当受试者穿上作者所研制的三维力电极靴和关节三自由度转角测定仪在平地行走时,可同步测得足底持重点三维接触力和髋、膝、蹠各关节的运动角度。测得的数据经接口电路直接送入计算机进行处理。在靴底三组传感器与受试者足底三个生理负重点相符时,就能测得足底三生理负重点曲线的峰值。这对于矫形外科研究步态分期有实际指导意义,同时亦可为下肢畸形患者的治疗提供参考指标。
One kind of 'electrode boot', in which was enoased stress sensoring electrodes, was employed in this study. When the volunteer in electrode boot and being attached with joint three dimensional angle meter walked in flat floor, both of the three dimensional contact forces at thesupport points of the sole, and the movement angle-of the hip, knee and ankle could be measured cynchronously and then processed by computer. The three groups of transducers were adjusted as close as possible to the three physiological support points. Peak values of the three physiological support point curves were measured. The results have practical Significance to orthopaedic surgeon in studying normal step phases and also provide objective index for patient of minor limb abnormality for diagnosis and rational management.
