摘要 脉搏波的波形和传播速度与血管的几何和物理性质有密切关系,可通过检测脉搏波形和传播速度的变异判别动脉血管的弹性功能。作者采用固体压阻式脉压传感器,脉搏信号预处理装置,TP—801单板机组成检测脉搏波及其传播时差的系统,可对脉搏信号进行无创提取,贮存及处理,以供临床分析应用。 The theory of hemodynamics has recently been extensively developed. In the arterial system wave propagation computation based on non linear one-dimensional modeling have given the best representation of pulse wave propagation. The purposes of the present research is to apply the theory of wave propagation to pathological analyses and clinical diagnoses.The pulse appears in the arterial furthest from the heart at a later time than those closer to the heart. The pulse is a wave propagation phenomenon. The velocity of wave propagation in arterial blood flow is related to the elasticity of arterial vessel. In practice, the measurement of wave velocity is difficult to determine but can be represented by the measurement of timephase difference.We developed a system for monitoring the propagation characteristics of human pulse by placing synchro -transducers on different position of the arterial system to detect the signal of the pressure pulse at each. This equipment consists of an amplifier, 50Hz wave trap, highfrequency filter and block condenser. The original signals of the pulse wave. are stored and processed by TP801. single board computer In physiological and pathological state, the changes of the pulse wave shape and time-phase differnce of wave propagation in arterial blood flow can be obtained by this non-invasive monitoring system. This monitoring technique can be applied to the clinical. diagnosis of arterioclerosis.
