摘要
采用加入烧失添加物研制了超轻质浇注料，对添加物的用量、结合系统的变化与浇注料性能的关系作了研究。结果表明：这种方法能使普通轻质浇注料的容重由１．６０ｇ／ｃｍ３降至１．２０ｇ／ｃｍ３。
Ignition loss additives applied to ultra-light castable were studied in this paper. And therelation ships among the content of additives, the bond system and the properties of castable werealso investigated. The result showed that the volume density of common light castable could bedecreased from 1. 60g/cm3 to 1. 20g/cm3.
