摘要
本文以定义并由多功能声门图仪提取的一组特征参数为基础,对声门气流、喉上神经与喉返神经电刺激变化,活体犬声带控制振动模式的影响进行了定量研究。实验结果表明:(1)对相同发声方式,犬喉与人体声带振动模式是类似的,但也因声带尺寸与组织学上的差异而引起特征参数差别;(2)采用多功能声门图仪与活体犬模型,能对声带振动进行深入的研究;(3)本文的研究方法和结果为喉病临床诊断,发展新方法提供重要的基础。
On the basis of a set fo characteristic parameters, which ane defined and extracted using polyfunction glottograph, the influence of variation in glottal air flow rate and superior and recurrent laryngeal nerve stimulation on the controlled vibration patterns of canine vocal folds was studied quantitatively in vivo. The experimental results indicated that (1) the canine larynx is similar to the human. larynx in the vibration patterns of same phonatory models, but discrepancy in parameters were observed due to the difference in size and histology, of vocal folds; (2)vocal fold vibration can be approached thoroughly and refined by means of poly fumction glottograph combined with in vivo canine model; (3) the methods and results provide a foundation for developing new methods of clinical diagnosis of laryngeal diseases.
