光外差-速度调制光谱技术在等离子体参量诊断中的应用

摘要 光外差-速度调制光谱技术是一种高灵敏的非侵入光谱诊断方法,本文以CO+为例,研究了不同压强工作气体条件下,CO+慧尾带系(A2仪i-X2Σ+)(1,4)带中R11(11.5)的谱线强度,优化得到了电场强度、电离系数等参数值,并计算出CO/CO2放电生成CO+的相对电离量子效率。 OH-VMS is a good non-intrusive spectral diagnosing method,will play an important role in the plasma diagnosis.CO+ is taken as an example to study the influence of the OH-VMS spectral intensity on the Penning discharging current and the partial gas pressure of the mixture which comprises minimal parent gas CO/CO2 and vast buffer gas helium.After optimized,some plasma parameters,e.g.the temperature,the electric field intensity in the positive column and ionization quantum efficiency of CO+ were determined.
