摘要
汶川地震所波及的地区多数是农村,所涉及的人群大多为农民,因而灾区农村重建面临的任务更为艰巨和繁重。目前灾后重建已经进行了1年多,笔者分析了灾区农村灾民安置过程中存在的问题及其原因,并重点从强化灾区各级领导班子的考核机制等方面提出下阶段重建的思考和建议。
Most earthquake-stricken areas in Wenchuan are rural counties and most victims are farmers.Therefore,it is very difficult and arduous to reconstruct the earthquake-stricken areas.Based on the analysis of post-disaster reconstruction which has been implemented for over a year,the paper discusses the existing problems and the reasons concerned.Then it puts forward some suggestions on strengthening appraisal mechanism of leaders at all levels.
