摘要
在分析桑梓镇的自然地理条件、社会经济概况、地质背景、岩溶水系统特征、岩溶水资源分布、人畜饮水现状、农田水利现状的基础上，对全镇岩溶水的有效开发利用进行了全面规划和合理布局，提出了１８项开发工程，其中重点工程４项。桑梓镇是一典型的溶蚀丘陵型岩溶石山区，水资源的开发利用应以小型而分散的方式为主，因地制宜，就地解决人畜饮水和农田灌溉用水问题。
Based on the analysis of physical geography,social economics,geological setting, karst water system features,distribution of karst water resources, drinking water conditions and water conservancy works,an overall planning for karst water exploitation and utilization is carried out at whole town.Furthermore, the 18 projects, in which there are 4 key projects is put forward. Sangzi Town is a typical karst region with corrosional hill,so for water resources exploitation and utilization, it should take small scale and scattered projects as the concrete measures in line with local conditions.
