摘要
新中国成立以来,我国农村合作医疗组织变革经历了三个阶段,即农村传统合作医疗组织的兴起、农村合作医疗组织的转轨及医疗资源的市场化、农村新型合作医疗制度的基本形成。三个阶段,三个不同时代主题,三种不同形式,同一个目标:促进了农村医疗保健条件的提高。
Since the founding of the New China, China＇s rural cooperative medical care has undergone three development stages, emergence of traditional rural cooperative medical service organizations, the transition of rural cooperative medical care organizations and the market--oriented distribution of medical care resources, and forming of the new rural cooperative medical system. Three stages have three different themes of the time, three different forms the same goal： to improve rural health care.
