摘要
目的:回顾性分析Endobutton系统与锁骨钩钢板治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法:31例TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位患者,采用切开复位锁骨钩钢板内固定术治疗20例,采用切开复位Endobutton系统内固定术治疗11例,比较两组疗效。结果:按照Karlsson标准评定疗效,锁骨钩钢板组A级18例,B级2例;Endobutton组11例均为A级;两组疗效的差异无统计学意义(P=0.527)。结论:采用切开复位Endobutton系统内固定术治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的疗效和切开复位锁骨钩钢板内固定术一致,值得临床推广。
Objective：To make a retrospective analysis on the curative effects of Endobutton system and clavicular hook-plate on the treatment of acromioclavieular dislocation of Tossy type Ⅲ.Methods：31 patients with acromioclavieular dislocation of Tossy type Ⅲ were administrated with open reduction and internal fixation with clavicular hook-plate（clavicular hook-plate group）in 20 cases,and were administrated with open reduction and internal fixation with Endobutton system（Endobutton system group） in 11 cases.The curative effects of the 2 groups were compared.Results：The curative effects were evaluated according to Karlsson Standard.The outcomes of clavicular hook-plate group were Grade A in 18 cases and Grade B in 2 cases,while all cases in Endobutton system group were in Grade A.There was no statistical difference on the curative effects between the 2 groups（P=0.527）.Conclusion：The curative effect of open reduction and internal fixation with clavicular hook-plate is similar to that of open reduction and internal fixation with Endobutton system on the treatment of acromioclavieular dislocation of Tossy type Ⅲ.Both methods are worth popularizing in clinic.
