摘要
我国有大量的车床采用落后的手工操作方式,效率低,能耗高,工人的劳动强度大,因此,对普通车床进行技术改造是刻不容缓的事情。介绍了一种自制车床数控化改造的方案,重点介绍了车床的电气系统改造。改造后车床在零件加工精度及加工效率等方面都有明显的提高。
In our country has the massive lathes to select the backward manual operation method,the efficiency is low,the energy consumption is high,worker’s labor intensity is big,therefore,carries on the technological transformations to the conventional lathe is the urgent matter.The article introduced one kind plan of numerical control improvement on the contained lathe,hinge introduced transformation of electrical partial.The numerical control Lathe which after the transformation has the distinct enhancement in components processing precision aspect and processing efficiency aspect and so on.
