摘要
为了探讨提高WCu合金热导(TC值)的途径,采用4种不同纯度的铜,用熔渗工艺制备W15Cu(质量分数,%)复合材料试样,并用CO2激光仪测试熔渗试样的TC值.研究发现,铜相纯度的微小变化对WCu合金的TC值产生重大影响.并对铜相纯度影响WCu合金TC值的机制进行分析和探讨.实验证明,用99.9%的铜,并用适当的熔渗工艺,可以得到TC值为200W·m-1·K-1的W15Cu合金.
Four kinds of metal coppers with different purity were used to make W Cu composites by infiltrating process. The thermal conductivities of the specimens were measured by laser flash technique. The experiment results show that a small variation in Cu purity has a dramatic effect on the thermal conductivity of the material. The mechanism of Cu purity's effect was analyzed. The experiments show that the thermal conductivity of 200 W·m -1 ·K -1 can be obtained for W 15Cu composite by using 99 9% pure copper and properly infiltrating process.
