摘要
针对目前脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚琥珀酸单酯磺酸钠的工业生产现状用正交试验法进行了工艺条件的优化研究.采用自制催化剂(PT),使工艺条件大为改善:酯化反应温度由120℃降至70℃;反应时间由15h降至2h;收率由95%增至987%(质量分数).为其优质低耗生产开辟了一条新途径.分析了其表面化学特性及应用前景.
According to the problem existing in the industrial production of disodium alcohol ethoxysulfosuccinate monoester, this paper has investigated the new technological conditions and characteristics. The technological conditions were greatly improved by using the catalyst synthesized by the author: esterification reaction temperature reduced from 120 ℃ to 70 ℃. reaction time reduced from 15 hours to 2 hours, production ratio increased from 95% to 98 7%. The results show that the new method is a good approach to produce this perfect product at lower cost.
