摘要
拥有一支具备较高业务素质和较强业务能力的"双师型"专业教师队伍,是高职院校突出办学特色、提高教学质量、实现其培养目标的关键所在。本文分析了目前高职院校专业教师实践能力方面存在的主要问题,并探讨了提升高职院校专业教师实践能力的途径和方法。
It＇s the key point of outstanding characteristics,improving teaching quality and achieving its cultivating objectives in higher vocational colleges with ＂dual orientation＂ professional teachers of high quality and strong operational capabilities.This paper analyzed the main problems existing in professional teachers practice capacity of higher vocational colleges and explored the ways and means of enhancing professional teachers＇ practical ability in higher vocational colleges.
