以广西高峰矿业有限责任公司为例介绍矿山企业网络管理信息系统（ＭＩＳ）的网络结构、开发平台与开发方法，以及取得的效果。
The paper discusse the actual significance of developing mangagement information system for civil mine enterprises,introduce systematically goals,principles,functions,structure,platforms,the tools and the method of developing GF-MIS,illustrated the fundamental thinking and the basic method of developing domestic mine enterprises MIS,offered the beneficial reference for civil mine enterprises to build their own effective MIS.
