钢木混合结构错列桁架体系受力性能 被引量:8

摘要 目的结合钢、木结构的特点设计一种新的住宅结构——钢木混合结构错列桁架体系,分析其在荷载效应基本与偶然组合下结构的受力性能.方法利用商用结构分析软件建立了钢木混合结构错列桁架体系的基本模型.建立了8个有限元模型,分析纵向支撑、桁架结构形式、桁架是否落地、膝撑的设置、结构高宽比等因素对结构受力性能的影响.结果该结构体系在荷载效应的基本组合,桁架弦杆、腹杆、框架柱、楼板搁栅的内力较小,横向平面内弯矩和剪力主要集中在桁架层,而框架柱中的剪力和弯矩很小,其主要承受轴向力,充分利用了钢材抗拉弯、木材的抗压,使两种材料均发挥了各自的长处;该结构体系在荷载效应的偶然组合下,以错列桁架为抗侧力体系,结构水平剪力大部分化作桁架斜腹杆的轴向力,柱子主要承受轴向力,使得结构侧移明显降低.结论钢木混合结构表现出了良好的抗震能力,模拟计算结构为实际工程提供理论依据. In this paper,combining the characteristics of steel structure and timber structure,a new system of residential structures-steel-timber structure combined staggered truss system is conceived.And its mechanical behavior is analyzed under basic composition and accidental combination.The commercial structural analysis software is used to establish a basic model of steel-timber structure combined staggered truss system.8 Finite Element Models are established to compare the effects caused by different influence factors on the mechanical behavior of this structure.The factors include vertical support,truss form,whether the trusses get down to the ground or not,knee brace,building height to width ratio.The results show that,under basic composition,internal force of chords,web members,frame columns and joists are small,the moment and shear in transverse plane have been mainly concentrated on the truss layer.While the moment and shear of frame columns are small,and frame columns mainly bear axial force.This structure makes full use of tensile properties and flexural behavior of steel,and compression resistance capability of wood,two materials both exert their advantages.The results also show that under accidental combination,staggered trusses are regarded as lateral resistant system,most horizontal shear turns into axial force of tilted belly poles,columns mainly bear axial force,structural lateral displacement reduces greatly.This structure shows good seismic capacity,and the simulation results of this structure can provide theoretical foundation for practical engineering.
