摘要
中国改革开放30年来,在经济发展、社会进步的同时,城市化的进展并不顺利,贫富差距进一步加大,这种情况与户口制度没有根本改变有直接的关系。文章提出,与计划经济时期比较,现在的户口制度已经有着实质的不同,不再是社会主义公有制内部的分配手段,而是体现了不同社会集团之间的利益矛盾和冲突,并造成了社会的巨大裂痕。改革户口制度出发点应当是考虑在市场经济条件下如何体现平等原则、实现劳动的主体地位、实现社会和谐。
During these 30-year of China＇s reform and opening up,our country has made a huge progress in economic development and other social aspects.However,we still need to realize that the urbanization degree is low and the gap between the rich and the poor get bigger and bigger.The author considered that all these issues above had a direct relationship with the unchanged Hukou system.Compared with the planned economy period,the author thought the current account system was totally different,that is to say it was not one of the distribution means existed in the Socialist public ownership any more;it mainly embodied the interests contradictions and conflicts among different stakeholders and created huge social rift.Hence,the author pointed out that the reform of Hukou system should begin with how to realize the equal principle,the dominant position of labor and social harmony under the present market economy background.
